Day 1 Milan – Verona - Venice
At the airport of Milan, meet your tour escort who will stay with you throughout the entire stay in Italy. From the airport, travel eastwards towards Venice. On the way stop and visit Verona, the town of the Shakespearean Romeo & Juliet. Apart the famous balcony, you will visit the town including the Roman Arena. Continue to Venice and check-in
Day 2 Venice
In the morning, the guide will take you around the city before entering the Doges’ Palace to visit the interiors. In afternoon, you will board a private boat directed to the islands of the lagoon: Burano, Murano and Torcello.
Day 3 Bologna - Florence
Check-out and transfer to Florence. On the way stop in Bologna, seat of one of the oldest universities in the world: we are speaking of the 11th century! Continue to Montecatini in the afternoon and check-in
Day 4 Florence
Today will be completed dedicated to the visit of the famous Renaissance town. Your visit will include also the Academy Gallery, where the famous statue of Donatello is located, the Duomo and the Baptistry. Time at disposal in the afternoon before returning back to the hotel
Day 5 Siena – San Gimignano
Today you will explore Siena, Monteriggioni and San Gimignano.
Siena, was the rival town of Florence during the Middle Ages when Florence was sided with the Pope while Siena with the Emperor. Famous is the Montaperti Battle in 1260 when Florence was heavily defeated. Siena is also famous for the Palio, a horse race run twice a year since the that time. Monteriggioni is a small Medieval borgo (village), few miles from Siena. It is an impressive wall-town, very well preserved. San Gimignano is the Medieval village famous for its towers,
Day 6 Pisa – Le Cinque Terre - Milan
Check-out and transfer to Milan. On the way stop first in Pisa, to visit the famous Leaning Tower and the other monuments located in the Miracles’ Square before reaching Le Cinque Terre that will be explored by train. Continue the transfer to Milan and check-in-
Day 7 Milan - Como
In the morning, guided tour of the main monuments of Milan. While in the afternoon, you will be on your own.
Day 8 Departure
Check-out and transfer to the airport of Milan
